MEET OUR FOUNDER
I've spent my career making humans and technology work better together.
Today, that work is centred on AI. I founded In the Loop Solutions to help organisations connect the technology they choose with the work they need to reinvent—and the people who will make that transformation real.
I have led this work at enterprise scale, turning strategy into practical change across employees, partners and customers. My strength is seeing the connections others often miss: between the task and the technology, innovation and implementation, and capability today and what people will need next.
Strategy informed by the reality of implementation.
I have worked at executive and enterprise-strategy level. I have also designed products, evaluated technology, led implementations, built operating models and worked deeply with the people expected to make change happen.
That combination matters. It means I understand the distance between an ambitious transformation vision and the organisational reality beneath it.
Forward-looking thinking, grounded in the work required to make it real.
Experience at the intersection of strategy and delivery.
Most recently at ServiceNow, I worked across a complex global learning ecosystem serving employees, partners and customers.
AI-native strategy
Authored an enterprise learning and capability strategy connecting people, products, technology, skills, data and governance.
Innovation and technology
Led emerging-technology research, vendor evaluation, experimentation and investment decisions across enterprise learning.
Capability transformation
Scaled academy programs and redesigned advanced credentials around demonstrated capability rather than completion.
Implementation reality
Worked from strategic diagnosis through operating models, requirements, governance, product decisions and execution.
More than one chapter.
Enterprise learning and technology
Ten years at ServiceNow across customer implementation, expert programs, academies, innovation, emerging technology and enterprise strategy.
Government and transformation
Technology, service-management and capability work across Australian Government, Defence, financial services and enterprise environments.
Operational and people leadership
Leadership spanning distributed teams, workforce planning, operations, organisational change and capability development.
What I keep coming back to.
- What problem are we actually trying to solve?
- What work should stop rather than become faster?
- Where will human judgement matter more?
- What must people become capable of next?
- How do we make the strategy executable?

Bring us the problem that is difficult to untangle.
If AI, workforce change, learning or technology is exposing issues that no longer fit neatly within one function, let's start there.
